# Artigo 9

Esse conselho, que procede do amor eterno de Deus pelos eleitos, tem sido poderosamente cumprido desde a fundação do mundo até o momento presente, e continuará ainda a ser cumprido, ainda que as “portas do inferno” tentem frustrá-lo inutilmente. No tempo oportuno os eleitos serão ajuntados em uma união, e sempre existirá uma igreja de crentes fundada no sangue de Cristo. Essa igreja amá-Lo-á firmemente e servi-Lo-á fielmente como seu salvador (o qual como noivo derramou a Sua vida na cruz pela Sua noiva) e celebrará os seus louvores aqui e por toda a eternidade.
